Our friendly and knowledgeable team are ready to assist you in finding the perfect mobility solutions for your needs. You can try out multiple products at once and get a feel for your new mobility product when you visit us.

Visiting our showroom gives you the following benefits:

What are the opening hours?

Our fantastic showroom is open 6 days a week, closing only on Sundays. The following are the full opening times:

Monday – 9am – 5pm
Tuesday – 9am – 5pm
Wednesday – 9am – 5pm
Thursday – 9am – 5pm
Friday – 9am – 5pm
Saturday – 9am – 2pm
Sunday – Closed

Although the showroom has set opening times, you should feel free to browse our website, buy online or get in touch with us 24 hours per day.

Do you do home visits?

We offer home visits and demonstrations as part of our service. You will get a full setup and installation of any type of mobility equipment you buy with us. Our team does not leave your home until you are all set and ready to go.

Our free home visits and demonstrations form a key part of our top-quality aftercare, which is unrivalled in the industry. A home visit is useful in the following situations:

  • Mobility scooters: Getting ready to use your scooters, such as setting up storage and charging areas, can take a bit of time and effort. However, our capable team quickly and efficiently takes care of all initial preparations – to leave you able to safely use your scooter right away. We will offer a demonstration too. We can also help to install any ramps you might require.
  • Stairlifts: Installing an indoor or outdoor stairlift can be difficult and people often find that they have an additional charge for installations. However, all of our stairlifts are sold inclusive of installation, so you will never have the frustration of an unexpected bill by choosing us.
  • Bathrooms: A mobility bathroom product can help you feel free in your home and allow you to prolong the time you can comfortably use your existing bathroom. Dedicated mobility bathroom installations also make great total replacements. We install all mobility bathrooms with the utmost care.

Our superb free home visits can also take the stress out of your delivery and installation, as we can visit a home pre-delivery to determine whether there will be any issues once our delivery and installation team arrive on site.

Do you do part-exchange?

Yes. We offer very generous exchange and upgrade options when your mobility needs change or you require an upgrade for your equipment. You will discuss part exchange options when you make contact with our team in our showroom, by phone or online.

Do you do second-hand / used?

We provide new equipment for our customers. While you can trade in old equipment when you use our services, refurbished items are not for general sale.

Do you rent products? / Can I hire products?

You are unable to hire our products from us directly. Other providers may offer rental options, but we offer only the best new equipment. However, we offer ways you can reduce the costs of your purchase by paying for your mobility equipment over time, which is possible thanks to our flexible payment options.

Do you do repairs/servicing?

Yes. We offer extensive repairs and servicing as part of our top-class aftercare. We have a 24 hour dedicated customer support line and can provide 24-hour call-outs too. Our aftercare will not be beaten, so you get quality support for the entire lifecycle of your mobility products when you buy with us.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

We aim to keep most products in stock at all times, but occasionally we may have to wait a short while to get the right mobility products for your needs. Please feel free to contact us to ask about the availability of individual products. Our friendly team will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I subscribe to your email list?

If you would like to subscribe to our email list you can scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address now. You will get regular news, product updates, reviews and information from across the industry – as well as special announcements and promotional offers.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

To unsubscribe from our email simply pull up the latest email you have received and scroll to the bottom. You should see the option to unsubscribe in the lowermost portion of the page. Feel free to sign up again any time.

We deliver anywhere in the mainland UK, with free delivery on orders over £100.

Do you offer monthly finance options?

Yes. We offer flexible finance options that can help you to easily pay for mobility products over a set period. Using our monthly finance payment plans is a great way to make sure you get the best product for your needs, without having the stress of a big upfront expense. You simply have to meet a few basic criteria to qualify and it is an easy and hassle-free process.

What is Motability?

The Motability scheme is a way to get a scooter or powered wheelchair for free. If you receive government payments or allowances to help you with your mobility, you may be eligible for a contract hire package that includes all of the costs of ownership.
