We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 within mainland UK. We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually this will be within 2 business days. If your order will take longer, for instance if it is currently out of stock or an order for a bespoke product, we will advise you of this on the same or next working day before we process the order.
You may wish one of our engineers to attend your property to deliver, assemble, demonstrate or install your products. If this is the case, please give us a call and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Depending on your location, this may incur a delivery & installation fee. We will advise you and make clear any costs to you before we book a call and dispatch an engineer for you.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date of sale. After this period unfortunately we cannot accept any cancellations. If for any reason you find you are wanting to cancel, please call us for a chat first to see if we can resolve any issues you may have. We will always try our hardest to achieve the right solution for you, but should we be unable to achieve a mutual solution, a cancellation letter should be sent in writing addressed to the business directors.
In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods and we will arrange to have the correct goods delivered and the incorrect ones collected for you.
We’re happy for you to unpack and properly inspect any goods purchased from us. However, any returned products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in the original packaging. Orange Badge Mobility Services Limited reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any products returned damaged or otherwise in a condition different from ‘as new’.
Unfortunately due to the hand made and specialised nature of bespoke products, we are unable to accept any returns on them other than incorrect or faulty items.
Please obtain proof of posting from your courier if you are returning items as we are not liable for loss or damage in transit. We are unable to retrieve packages returned to us being held by a courier because of insufficient postage applied.
