Our free, no obligation demonstrations are designed with you in mind.

Our friendly staff are trained to assess your needs and offer advice on products that may be able to help you. We do not use ‘hard sell’ tactics. Assessments and Demonstrations can be carried out in all stores, and also by arranging a home assessment if you or a loved one struggle to get out of the house due to mobility difficulties, within Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire

We are happy to demonstrate any of our larger products, such as Riser Recliners, wheelchairs and mobility scooters to customers in their homes in most of Sussex, Surrey and Kent. If you are not local then please contact us to see if we can find a suitable solution for your needs.

To arrange a home demonstration please contact us on 03442 161616. Our office will arrange for a fully trained member of staff to come out to you at a convenient time. If you feel you need it, we would also recommend that you have a friend, relative or carer available when we agree to visit so that you feel comfortable and to ensure you ask plenty of questions during the demonstration.

The home demonstration is carried out under no obligation and if you feel able and willing to make a decision there and then, we are often able to leave the product with you. If not we will leave you with a written quotation detailing everything that has been discussed together with a price and leave you to consider the items.

If you feel that the item wasn’t suitable that’s fine. If you would like to go ahead and place an order then please contact your local store and they will arrange it with you.
